Cancellation Policies

Your order will be processed immediately upon placement, and an authorization will be taken on your credit card for the amount of the order. For your protection as well as ours, we thoroughly screen every order for possible fraud. This may include a phone call to the telephone number on file with your credit card issuer to verify the order.

Your product will be shipped within three (3) business days or sooner. If for some reason we cannot ship your order within this time, we will contact you using the contact information you supplied on your order.

Please note that all orders over $500 will require an adult signature upon delivery.

If you cancel your order before it has shipped, no cancellation fee applies.

If you cancel your order after it has shipped, you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us via insured ground service. Your credit card will be refunded once we receive the product in good condition.

We ship all orders securely packed in sturdy packaging. However, from time to time, items may be damaged in transit. Therefore, you must inspect your shipment for damage before accepting it. If damage is evident, be sure to open the box and thoroughly inspect your item prior to accepting the shipment. If you discover shipping damage after you have accepted a shipment you will need to file a claim directly with the shipping company.

You have thirty (15) days from the date of receipt of shipment to return an item. After 30 days, you must contact us for warranty service.

To return an item, please do the following:

  • Email our customer service department at and ask for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number is required for all returned merchandise; without one, there may be a long delay in processing your return. Your email must contain the following information:
    • Your order number (very important!)
    • Your name and address
    • A telephone number where you can be reached during business hours
    • The item you would like to return
    • A detailed description of the problem
    • If possible, photographs of the damaged item
    • A request for either an exchange or a refund
  • Once you receive your RMA number, please store it for future reference.
  • Pack the item in its original packaging with all instructions, warranty cards, and any attachments. All parts must be complete and undamaged. Disassembled or damaged parts cannot be returned.
  • Put the RMA number on the shipping label and ship the item to the address you received with your RMA number via insured ground service. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
  • If we shipped you a wrong item, we will exchange it at no cost. To expedite this and ship the item out right away, we offer a rapid exchange program where we charge your credit card for the replacement item and ship it to you immediately. We then refund your card when we receive the original item in good condition. No restock fee applies.
After 30 days, all sales are considered final, and there can be no refunds or exchanges. Additionally, if a part has been altered in any way, the sale is final.

Your credit card will be refunded (less any applicable fees) within five (5) business days of our receiving your cancellation notice or returned merchandise. Please note that your credit card issuer may take additional time to return the funds to your account.

All original manufacturer warranties apply. We offer absolutely no warranties, implied or otherwise, of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or application. We will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages, property damage, or personal injury damages, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

All products sold by SHOWnGOplus are intended for off-road use only. Additionally, many products are not for use on pollution-controlled vehicles.
